Frequently Asked Questions

Charters can be cancelled more than 14 days prior to service date and a refund minus 10% will be issued. Cancellation request after that point will forfeit full cost of charter.

A 20% refundable deposit is required to confirm charter. Charters are not confirmed and buses are not held until we receive both contract and deposit.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If you are booking a charter that will take place within 30 days of reservation, full payment will be due at reservation.

We accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks and debit/credit cards for payment. A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments.

Seating capacity is 56 passengers.

All of our buses come equipped with air conditioning/heat, reclining seats, TVs, DVD Players, power outlets, restroom and sound system. Some of our buses have Wi-Fi.

Your itinerary is due no later than 10 days prior to trip. Your itinerary is required and can be returned via email.

Your group will be responsible for providing the drivers hotel room. If you have multiple buses/drivers, each driver must have his/her own room. No room sharing permitted between drivers nor do the drivers share rooms with persons in your group.

Alcohol and smoking not permitted on buses. This includes all other illegal narcotics.

Food consumption is permitted but group responsible for trash disposal and clean-up of any spills etc. A cleaning fee will apply if bus returns to garage with excessive garbage/damages.

Quotes are valid for 7 days. After  that point, a new quote will be required which may result in a different rate. 

You can request a quote via the online form on our contact page or by giving us a call. Once you have receive the rate and wish to proceed, we will issue you a contract to sign. If you are paying your deposit by credit card, we will send you a secure link to complete payment. If you are paying by check, you will need to send signed contract and payment to our mailing address to confirm.
