You can place a reservation online 24/7 by clicking on the "Book Now" button on the tour you are interested in. You can also reserve by calling 1-888-522-1960 M-F 10am-5pm.
The required deposit is listed per tour. If any deposit specials are going on, you will see them listed on the home page.
Your deposit is refundable up to 60 days after placing reservation. Cancellations require 30 day notice prior to departure. It is highly advisable to obtain trip insurance which is optional and listed with each tour.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment. You can also pay by check. Please remit check payments to USA World Tours: P.O. Box 972 Wadesboro NC 28170.
Our tours depart from Charlotte NC. Our check-in hotel is the DoubleTree By Hilton located at 2600 Yorkmont Rd Charlotte NC 28208. If the hotel changes, you will be notified well in advance.
You will need to arrive in Charlotte the day prior to your departure to check-in. Instead of going to the front desk, you will proceed to the clearly marked check-in table for USA World Tours. You will present your confirmation to the tour director/staff member to check-in. You will be issued your room key, luggage tags and parking pass for your vehicle. If you are not leaving a vehicle on-site for the duration of the tour, you will not need a parking pass. The check-in table will also check to make sure that you have all travel documents, passports, tickets, etc. There will be a reception in the hotel for the tour group later in the evening.
On the morning of departure and after breakfast, the group will meet in the hotel lobby at the assigned time listed on your itinerary. From here, the group will board a tour bus for Charlotte Douglas International Airport for departure. Your tour director will handle airport check-in and manage your experience until the return. Upon return to Charlotte at the conclusion of your tour, you will board the bus back to the hotel to retrieve your vehicle. If you did not or leave a vehicle at the check-in hotel, you can proceed directly from the airport to your final destination.
We only utilize 3 star and up hotels for our tours. We go to great lengths to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. The hotels for your tour will be provided on your itinerary.
Yes, you will receive information on the meal service with your itinerary. This will allow you to choose options and advise us on any dietary and/or allergy issues.
Passports are required for all international tours.
Yes. All international tours are already listed with pricing per person and do not require double occupancy. For tours listed as double occupancy, you must contact us via phone or email to request pricing for solo travel.
Our travel insurance is provided by Allianz Global.
Yes. After you pay your deposit you are free to make monthly payments up until the final payment deadline. You get to chose the amount and when to make payments.
Tours have to be paid off 30 days prior to departure. Final payments for cruises are due 60 days prior to departure.
That would not be an issue. Just let us know by email or phone to change names on the reservation.
Once you place a reservation online or over the phone, reservation confirmations are emailed. You will receive the itinerary, hotel confirmation, airline tickets etc., 14 days prior to departure. In addition to emailing you the documents, we will also mail you hard copies as well.
Double queen rooms are assigned for most reservations unless your are traveling solo. In that case, you will have a king/queen room based on your preference. Because our travelers tend to be on the more mature side, we make every effort to get rooms on the lowest levels of the hotel.
Your rate includes one luggage piece. Additional luggage can be checked but must be paid at check-in to the airline.
Seats are not assigned and seat rotation occurs daily. However, the seat you have on that day are the seats you will keep for that day. Persons traveling together are grouped and seated together. If you are traveling solo, you may be seated with someone else who is traveling solo.
Most meals are covered for each tour. The total number of breakfasts, lunches and dinners are listed under each tour. Meals not listed will be your responsibility and at your leisure,. This is typically for free days/time during lunches and some evenings.
Cruises depart from Wadesboro NC. The gated lot is located at 21 NC-742 Wadesboro NC 28170. You will be able to leave your vehicle at this location as well.
