Our tours depart from the following departure points: Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh. You will choose the closest departure point to you and check-in to the pre-tour hotel the day before your tour. The check-in date is listed for each tour. The pre-tour hotel is already included in your rate plus the multi-day vehicle parking. The following morning, you will board the tour bus for your tour. You will leave your vehicle at the hotel for the duration of the tour. Upon your return, the tour bus will stop at each departure point hotel in order for you to disembark. If you are going on an international tour, all flights depart Charlotte NC. You will still check-in at the departure point closest to you. The day of departure, the tour bus will visit all departure point hotels and bring you to Charlotte for the flight. Upon returning to Charlotte, the tour bus will pick you up and visit all departure points to unload. As with bus tours, your personal vehicle will be left at the departure point hotel awaiting your return. Please visit the FAQ page for additional info.
